If you are looking for a simple way to feed your children, then you should consider making them a basic lunch box meal. This type of meal consists of a sandwich or other type of bread. You could also add a fruit or vegetable.

I usually take a piece of whole wheat bread with a little butter, and spread peanut butter on it. Then I take a banana and cut it in half. You could also use apple slices or strawberries. I then put a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter on the bread. I usually also add a couple of teaspoons of honey.

Then I cut up a pear into quarters and place them in a bowl. Next I take a couple of slices of cucumber and cut them into quarters. Then I add them to the bowl. I take a couple of hard boiled eggs and slice them into quarters. I then take a small container and fill it with some yogurt. I then add the fruits to the container.

Then I add some celery sticks and carrots. I then add a couple of slices of turkey or chicken breast. I then add a couple more tablespoons of peanut butter. Then I add a small container of mayonnaise. I then put a couple more teaspoons of honey on the bread.

You could also add some lettuce or cabbage. You could also add some hot dogs or sausages. Then you could also add some string cheese. I usually add some crackers as well.

When my kids see me doing this, they always ask me if they can try it. I let them eat a small amount of it and then I tell them that they need to finish their lunch. If they don’t finish their lunch, then I will not give them any more of the food.

This is a great way to get your kids to eat. It is very simple and does not cost much money. It also gives them variety and something to look forward to.
