1. Drink lots of water. This is important because it helps keep your body hydrated. The human body is about 60% water, so it is very important to stay hydrated. Drinking water can also help to flush out toxins from your body.

2. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. This is one of the easiest ways to eat healthy. You don’t have to go crazy with this. Just make sure that you get at least five servings per day.

3. Eat less meat. If you eat too much meat you are going to be putting a lot of fat into your body. This will cause you to gain weight and it will make you feel sluggish. Try to eat more fish, chicken and beans instead.

4. Don’t skip breakfast. This is a big mistake that many people make. They eat a late night snack and then they skip breakfast. This is going to put you into a slump. You need to eat breakfast if you want to start your day off right. It will give you the energy you need to get through the morning.
